Another stupid shooting has taken place. This time in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This is so sad. The shooter was a middle-aged white guy, who also happened to be a Uber driver. It's so horrible on so many facets.

Why must there be random acts of violence? Are there that many unhappy, sad, disconnected people?

My heart is sad and heavy. When will this kind of random acts of violence stop?

Gorgeous day here in Laguna Beach.

Temperature 75 degrees. It was sunny, slightly chilly, but an absolutely gorgeous day.

We started the morning with having a visit from Ben and Rick. We had breakfast, then Ben and I played in the playground. We all then walked along the beach back to the Laguna Surf.

After they left, I then walked myself on the beach from one end to the opposite direction. It probably took me about 2 hours.

The best part of the day came with our visit with Harry and Silia. I'm so excited! They both videotaped me dancing hula to Maunaleo at sunset!! I can hardly, hardly wait to see the finished product.

Harry is super duper talented and quite a videographer and producer. He's produced a few videos that are simply beautiful.

Beautiful, fantastic day overall. So happy, happy!

My future company

2016 will be a year of change. It will be change for the good, I'm certain of it. This will also be the year that I will begin to formulate and create my future company.

Here are my "beginning" thoughts and values for my new company:
1.  Honest communication
2.  Integrity - if you say you're going to do something, do it, in the time frame you commit to.
3. Trust - I'm going to trust that when you say you're going to do something, you will, to the best of your abilities.
4.  Cleanliness - I like clean and organized. Dust every once in awhile happens, but I like clean.
5.  Pretty - I like things simple and pretty.
6.  Innovative - New, different and visionary
7.  Relevant - does it meet current needs?
